Charming

Meet "Charm", the oldest female in the Marsh pride (she is on the right and has the whiter tuft of hair on her chin). She is apprx 8 years old and has several litters of cubs living on the Mara now. In October 2010, she gave birth to 3 male cubs in the Masai Mara conservancy and managed to get them all safely into the reserve, a distance of more than 6 km! All three boys survived so she is considered "charmed" and is a much loved resident of the Mara!
