Bush shower

This was our bush shower during our 3 night stay on the Serengeti! Water is boiled over an outdoor open fire and manually and laboriously poured into these tanks! I vowed that I would never require them to refill for me...so much work for these guys! I succeeded and was clean (enough) and perfectly happy! Shocking how much we take hot, running water for granted! The shower shot of Michael was the luxury version of a bush shower with solar heated hot water in s large outdoor enclosure at the Karen Blixen camp.
