Joint Nobel Peace Prize
Nelson Mandela and F.W. de Klerk, received joint Nobel Peace Prizes in 1992. Nelson's wife Winnie was unable to forgive the whites for killing their son (not her biological son but Nelsons son from his first wife who died young) and imprisoning her husband for 27 years and de Klerks wife was unable to abandon apartheid, so both men divorced their wives to marry women with their same vision and values! Together, both of these men helped to save South Africa from what would certainly be a war zone fed by anger and hatred toward white people as well as blacks who could not forgive and "see the light at the end of the tunnel" and that the sun would shine on South Africa again!
